GETTING STARTED

First of all, you need access to a computer. If you don't have one of your own, that's not a problem! You can use one at the UHH library or PC labs. (Make sure that you'll be able to access the internet.)

This is my home PC and, yes, it is purple!

Surf the net for sites that appeal to you and make note of the style, format, navigation and content.

What kind of image do you want to project?

Sleek high tech? Country cozy? Professional? Comical?

How do you want people to navigate through your site?

Buttons? “Click here” links? Java type interfaces?

What kinds of material do you want to include on your site?

Articles? Jokes? Photos? Artwork? Games?
